No Poo Method - Tak Perlu Pakai Shampoo Please Sulia *__*

Pernah dengar tak No Poo Method?
Seminggu berapa kali kita syampu rambut? Setiap hari?
Agak-agak bahaya tak pakai syampu sekerap itu? Boleh dapat kanser tak? Ei, apa bahan kimia dalam syampu, ek?
Saya selalu pening, dah tahu ada bahan kimia bahaya dalam syampu, tapi kalau tak syampu kang rambut bau pulak. Dah terkepam dalam tudung seharian kan. Huhu. Dilema hokeh.
Terbaca pasal method ni. Rupanya minah-minah saleh ramai yang dah tak pakai syampu komersial tu. Diorang basuh rambut guna baking soda dan cuka epal.
Saya kongsi dari web www.nopoomethod.com
Ini berkenaan baking soda.
Baking soda is effective for washing away oil buildup on your scalp and hair. One tablespoonful of baking soda is enough for a single wash. Dissolve it in a cup of water until all the gritty texture disappears.
Apply the solution on your hair and massage gently. Rub your hair the same way you rub your regular shampoo, until it feels smooth. Since baking soda has no soap base, there will be no lather. When you are through, rinse off your hair under the shower.
Your scalp produces natural oil and so there may be no need for conditioning. However, baking soda can leave your hair very dry and give your scalp a scaly look, and so you may consider applying a moisturizer on your hair. Baking soda is good for people who have an oily scalp. People who have a dry scalp may need to consider using extra ingredients, and this is where cider vinegar comes in.
Ini pulak berkenaan cuka epal atau apple cider vinegar.
After a while of using baking soda to clean your hair, you might find that it becomes dry. Apple cider vinegar is a natural moisturizer, so it's ideal for dry hair and scalps.
After washing and rinsing with baking, pour a mix of apple cider vinegar and water through your hair, and then rinse with water again. This cleanses your hair and also leaves it moisturized.
Baking soda and cider vinegar is good for people with a normal, dry or even combined scalp.

Jom kita cuba. Selamat dan menjimatkan duit. Ekonomi gawat plus GST ni kena banyak berjimat cermat ^___^
Mana nak beli baking soda? Kedai barang kek dan bakeri ada, giant tesco pun ada.
Cuka epal? Selalu saya beli kat giant. Tak rugi ada cuka ni. Bukan buat masak je, nak kuruskan badan boleh, nak hilangkan sakit lutut boleh, ni pengalaman sendiri tau ^__^ Saya pakai jenama Bragg ni.
